Dr. Hossein Beygi Nasrabadi is a Senior Researcher at FIZ Karlsruhe – Leibniz Institute for Information Infrastructure. He studied "Materials Science and Engineering" in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (Iran) and the University of British Columbia (Canada), and received his Ph.D. in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, he pursued postdoctoral research at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT, Karlsruhe). He later joined the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM, Berlin), where he focused on the digital transformation of materials science data, exploring areas such as the Semantic Web, knowledge graphs, ontologies, data management systems, and information retrieval.
